It’s simplicity that’ll make you more productive.
Avoid complexity, chaos, lack of clarity.
Instead, bring all these easy ways I share with you to your daily life.
If something causes friction, remove it. It’s not necessary.
Your physical brain doesn’t work based on friction. Just the opposite.
Your physical brain is based on easy-going.
If you have to remember how to do a process, remove it.
You should always be guided by your intuition.
Intuition equals speed and flow, skills directly related to high-performance.
Reduce the number of apps you use.
Uninstall all those apps that are not essential to your existence.
Try to do some processes with apps you already know instead of betting on that “new cool and fancy app”.
Remove noise, focus on what matters.
Turn on your survival mode.
Ask yourself these golden questions to every new feature or data you’re thinking to add:
- Is this really necessary?
- Do I really need it?
- Can I survive without it?
If it’s not 100% necessary for you to survive, forget it!
- Focus on simplicity to perform at your best.
- It’s the only way you can survive in this crazy and overwhelming information jungle you’re in.
