People Don't Care About You!

2 min read

You think people pay you attention. They're all time looking at you, watching how you dress, what you say, or where you're at.

That's what your monkey mind is telling you.

Consequences: pressure, shame, negative thoughts, restrictions, limitations.

The reality? People don't care about you.

They're focused on their lives, their problems, their businesses. Don't you think you're "so relevant".

You're the one who thinks they pay careful attention to what you do, say, or express.

It's just the opposite. Today, you have to ask for their attention.

It's a story you've created that's limiting you because you're basing your life on what others may think of you (that it's nothing) instead of being focused on your needs, thoughts, ambitions, and dreams.

Feel happy if just your closest ones pay attention to you.

What to do instead?

  • Forget about people's thoughts and focus on yours.
  • Go deep into your inner self and ask how you feel about it.
  • Maximize your strengths and minimize your weaknesses.
  • Live your life because it's yours and nobody else's.

"The day you stop caring what other people think of you is the day your life begins." — Aaron Eckhart
